The ETV Program

“It’s not just a program that you’re a part of. It’s not just money that you’re getting. It’s people who actually care about you and want you to do well.”

-Erik

“The point of the program is to have a family, to have a support system that you can lean back on. Then being able to build off that throughout your higher education.”

-MJ

Foster Success administers the Education and Training Voucher (ETV) program in multiple states across the country, including Indiana, Arizona, Maryland, and Ohio — providing comprehensive support tailored to each student’s unique needs.

ETV funding supports essential costs like tuition and living expenses, while Foster Success’s coaching model connects students to guidance that provides collaborative problem-solving and support along the way.

By addressing the academic and personal aspects of higher education, the ETV program supports young people with lived experience in foster care in building the confidence and stability they need to succeed not only in school, but in life.
